Like many dog owners, CT dad Tom Arrix thought of his golden retrievers, Cooper & Eddie, as his fifth and sixth children. So when Cooper was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2018, Tom set out to do everything he could do to ensure Cooper’s recovery, including meeting with a veterinary wellness specialist who shifted his diet from dry kibble to fresh ingredients. Once Cooper entered remission and regained his appetite—and full zest for life—Tom launched Joy Food to help others give their pets the same high quality food that had helped heal Cooper.

Jen and her husband, Greg, are proud parents to their six year old son, Matthew, and their three year old twins, Julia and Ryan. They are also proud to be host parents to their beloved Mexican au pair, Kari, who they found through Cultural Care Au Pair.
